• Paying Your Annual Dues: The Orchard works with BoulderHOA for bookkeeping support and dues collection. If you have any issues paying your dues, including issues with the Boulder HOA portal, we're happy to help!
• Exterior Design Changes: We'll connect you with the right community members empowered to review design changes, ensuring your home modifications meet our guidelines.
• Perimeter Fence Repair: Contact the HOA Board immediately regarding damage to any perimeter fence by sending an e-mail to fencerepair@orchardhoa.org or by completing the form below. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and a brief description of the damage.
• Bylaw Compliance: We can address complaints against homeowners who are not complying with our community's bylaws.
• Trash & Recycling: Count on us to resolve any issues related to trash and recycling services within our community.
• Community Space Maintenance: We'll ensure the upkeep of shared community spaces, like the area in front of The Orchard signs, behind the mailboxes, and along the emergency access lane.
• Community Advocacy: We'll represent your interests when dealing with broader issues affecting The Orchard, neighboring communities, or areas adjacent to our community.
• Documentation: We can provide the necessary documentation you may require for various purposes.
• Bylaw and Budget Interpretation: We're here to help you understand and interpret The Orchard's governing documents and the Board's budget, making sure you're informed.
