Entryway Project

This page is dedicated to sharing information about the Board's effort to update the entryway signs and walls. The stated objective of this project is to revitalize the aesthetic appeal and functionality of The Orchard’s entryway, which will have both tangible and intangible benefits for our community.

12/18/2024: The board is currently working with volunteer homeowners on getting quotes and proposed designs. Reminder - this is simply for informational purposes to better understand the potential cost of various fixes. The Board has not budgeted for this work in 2025.
