These updates aim to:
Bring us into compliance with Colorado law
Simplify confusing or outdated provisions
Address issues that have come up in our community over the years
Thank you to everyone who joined our Informational Meeting on September 23rd — it led to excellent discussion about how best to ensure our governing document revisions form a foundation that most homeowners feel good about.
We’ve also collected feedback from more than 25 homeowners via email, and the Board has used that input to refine our proposed plan for document modifications.
The redlined versions of the governing documents have been sent to Altitude Community Law, and we expect to hear back from them soon.
